Responsibilities
- Leading cross-functional projects (full cycle from idea to implementation and post-analysis)
- Immersing oneself in specific business processes, formulating requirements for IT system improvements based on conducted analysis
- Working with metric indicators, analyzing and preparing feasibility studies (FEO), calculating effects and conducting post-analysis of launched initiatives
- Coordinating interaction between developers, designers, analysts, testers, and related departments
- Establishing goal-setting and managing key projects for testing product hypotheses and searching for insights
- Developing and testing hypotheses to improve product metrics
- Monitoring the implementation of proposed improvements and their integration into current business processes.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a project manager/business analyst role
- Experience managing an end-to-end process: from task formulation to production launch
- Ability to present work results clearly and in a structured manner
- Working using Agile / Scrum / Kanban
- Experience working with technical teams and architecture
- Skills in planning timelines and resources
- Experience with Jira / Confluence
- Strong communication skills, ability to maintain a fast pace.
