The team for implementing and developing blockchain technologies in corporate lending is a highly qualified unit, created within the Bank's Credit Products and Processes Department to implement traditional credit processes using innovations in the field of digital assets (DA) and decentralized finance (DeFi) on Sber's own blockchain platform. This is the team that creates and brings to market a new generation of credit products at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain.
• backlog administration: assisting in managing and updating the unit's overall task backlog (backlog) in Jira: creating tasks, tracking correct field completion, linking to epics
• maintaining documentation: keeping the structure for storing tasks and documents up to date, monitoring team compliance with task management rules
• progress tracking: regular monitoring of task statuses against the roadmap, recording deviations from planned deadlines, assisting in data preparation for sync meetings
• meeting organization: technical organization and minute-taking for regular sync meetings, recording agreements and monitoring execution of assignments
• supporting dependency management: assisting in identifying and documenting dependencies between tasks of different teams (gathering information, creating links in the system)
• reporting: generating regular reports and dashboards using templates for management (gathering facts, preliminary analytics on team workload)
• communication: facilitating communication between team members, promptly resolving minor organizational issues
• process improvement: gathering team feedback on process issues, suggesting ideas for improvement.
• work experience: from 1 year in a position such as Project Coordinator, Project Support, Business Analyst, or in a project secretary/Scrum Master trainee role. Experience in simultaneously supporting 1-2 projects or teams
• confident user-level knowledge of Jira and Confluence (or equivalents): ability to create tasks, filters, simple dashboards, work with documentation
• understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban fundamentals (knowledge of terminology and roles)
• good command of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic charts) and presentation tools (PowerPoint)
• attention to detail: ability to meticulously maintain databases and documentation without errors
• organizational skills: ability to structure one's own work, prioritize operational tasks
• willingness to learn: readiness to quickly immerse oneself in the specifics of new products (including blockchain and DA) and master new tools
• communication skills: politeness and ability to build working relationships with colleagues, convey information clearly
• responsibility: understanding the importance of deadlines and data quality
• proactivity: willingness to suggest better ways to organize file storage or set up a filter in Jira to speed up work
