Description
The "Individual Pricing" team is looking for a Scrum Master to organize and conduct events (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives).
The team's main task will be to create a preferences module that allows for the formation of personalized tariff offers (for example, a deposit with individual interest rates and additional services), as well as to transform the existing product factory to ensure a fully individual approach to each client.
Responsibilities
- Facilitation of scrum events (sprint planning, daily, review, retrospective)
- Removing team organizational and process impediments
- Developing team self-organization and cross-functionality
- Increasing delivery predictability and stability
- Assisting the product owner with backlog management.
- Implementing and developing agile approaches within the team and related departments/teams
- Working with process efficiency metrics (velocity, lead time, predictability)
- Synchronizing with other teams and managing dependencies.
Requirements
- Higher education, preferably in economics, computer science, mathematics, or related disciplines
- Relevant experience in the role of scrum master/agile coach/team facilitator – from 1 to 3 years
- Can provide specific cases of "how you saved deadlines/launches"
- Experience working with technical teams and architecture
- Skill in risk-management and working with dependencies
- Ability to maintain a high pace and workload
- Understanding of agile methodology.
