SberData is responsible for developing the data platform at Sberbank. We have over 230 Petabytes of data, about a hundred products and services for clients. We create our own platform builds within the framework of import substitution and actively collaborate with all Sberbank divisions to solve their business problems: our users have already created over 6500 data marts.
SberData implements best practices for working with data, reduces data storage costs, increases data retrieval speed, and implements AI technologies. Over 30 thousand people use our solutions.
Responsibilities
- managing goal-setting within the implementation of the Data Management Strategy
- managing the initiative's roadmap together with the manager
- organizing interaction with related teams (setting dependencies, monitoring their deadlines)
- organizing regular meetings, meetups, demos
- collecting task reports and preparing such reports for management
- assisting in preparing presentations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the role of Delivery Lead
- understanding of the principles of developing complex enterprise solutions: integrations, APIs, architecture, data work
- skill in working with requirements — gathering, formalizing, prioritizing (User Stories, Use Cases)
- experience working with external customers: interviews, presentations, managing expectations, approvals
- confident command of Confluence, Jira - for maintaining documentation and release processes, Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint or equivalents - for preparing materials for meetups/demos.
Will be a plus:
- experience working in Hadoop/Greenplum application development teams in the role of developer and/or delivery.
