Description
We are looking for an IT Cluster Leader for the "Integrator" cluster within the "Government Products and Services" division. We are developing a unique product that helps Bank units and subsidiaries (DZO) organize real-time electronic information exchange with state authorities.
Responsibilities
- Team management: recruitment of in-house and outsourced staff, employee development, resource planning
- Establishing release cycle processes within teams, participating in release scope formation (managing dependencies on related systems and balancing technical tasks)
- Resolving issues with priorities and communications from related AS/FP sides
- Participation in production deployments and functionality checks, monitoring the error level in production, analyzing production defects and incidents
- Interaction with the platform to balance tasks aimed at improving the reliability of the Tribe's products
- Synchronization with related clusters, preparing reports for meetings with UIT and Tribe management
- Calendar and resource planning of quarterly/annual goals
- Monitoring operational tasks, processes, releases, and the achievement of team goals
- Managing teams, organizing meetings, organizing quarterly employee performance reviews
- Elaboration and approval of corporate architecture with the DKA architect
Requirements
- Ability to articulate thoughts clearly both verbally and in writing, good communication skills
- Critical thinking, ability to justify one's position and take responsibility
- Higher education (from leading technical universities);
- Over 6 years of experience in IT
- Over 2 years of experience managing teams of analysts and developers, ability to motivate and develop employees (over 30 subordinates)
- Experience in managing and overseeing business architecture;
- Experience applying Agile practices (Scrum)
- Understanding of network technologies, information security principles
- Project management skills, experience leading project teams
- Knowledge of software design, development, deployment, and maintenance methodologies.
