Competence center for the development, advancement, and maintenance of the viability of the corporate Production Process (APP) methodology.

Responsibilities
- methodology for working with business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- automation of requirements work, including implementing Gen AI-based AI assistants to remove routine tasks from teams (artifact generation, requirement validation, text analysis))
- participation in detailing implementation, design, and architectural solution requirements
- leading pilots of implemented functionality within Sber teams, working with feedback from teams
- development and optimization of the production process in the area of requirements management based on product metrics to reduce cycle time and increase delivery frequency
- adaptation and creation of training courses, conducting training sessions
- facilitating working groups for developing and making decisions on the advancement and optimization of the requirements management process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software production in the role of analyst/architect
- knowledge of BPMN notation, skills in process description and regulation
- knowledge of data analysis tools (Qlik, ELK stack, SQL, Excel)
- systems thinking, experience with agile frameworks
- experience with product metrics (Clickstream)
- knowledge of design thinking practices, process optimization (lean six sigma)
- knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) fundamentals for analyzing textual data (requirements, feedback, documentation).
Will be a plus:
- experience leading change implementation
- effective prompt engineering skills for interacting with AI assistants
- understanding of the principles and practical experience in applying LLMs (e.g., GPT, local models) for automating analyst tasks.
