Description
We are an internal product development team for corporate insurance sellers (B2B). Everything we create: automation, reporting, analytics — is aimed at one goal: to make the work of our internal user (the seller) as efficient and meaningful as possible.
We are looking for a Fullstack Analyst (business + systems analysis) who can see the product as a whole - from the seller's needs to technical implementation - and is ready to build the best customer experience with us.
Responsibilities
- Interaction with key stakeholders;
- Formation of technological solutions based on business goals, taking into account all capabilities, constraints, and risks;
- Decomposition of large tasks;
- Formulation of business requirements for related teams and their approval;
- Designing integrations with related teams and communication during development/testing;
- Formulation of functional requirements for development, communication with developers and testers;
- Implementation of new functionality, user training, collection of feedback after implementation.
Requirements
- Work experience as a systems/business analyst for at least 3 years;
- Systems thinking, flexibility, and responsibility for results;
- Experience interacting with stakeholders (including commercial and operational units): ability to listen, ask the right questions, manage expectations, and explain complex things in simple terms;
- Practical experience with CRM systems: analysis, design, configuration, and implementation. Understanding of the end-to-end customer journey and sales funnel;
- Experience in modeling and optimizing sales and customer service business processes using BPMN;
- Confident command of requirements structuring methods: User Story, Use Cases, UML;
- Experience in designing data models using ER diagrams;
- Good knowledge of REST API, JSON, XML, experience designing integrations based on them;
- Basic knowledge of SQL (select, join, group by);
- Experience working with AI tools and GenAI, interest in this field
Will be an advantage:
- Experience working with and configuring the ELMA 365 platform;
- Experience in an insurance company, understanding of key business entities in the insurance domain;
- Understanding the specifics of B2B sales, processes, and metrics;
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation purposes;
- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
