The Development Division team of Sberbank's Indian subsidiary is creating a modern, world-class banking ecosystem from scratch. Responsibilities
- develop system requirements according to unified standards (Use cases, User Story, UML diagrams, ER models)
- analyze business requirements, generate ideas, work out technical solutions
- design integrations using various approaches (GraphQL, REST, Kafka, MQ)
- coordinate requirements with customers, analysts, developers
- design solution architecture
- participate in the development of product conceptual architecture (brainstorming sessions with enterprise architects and team leads)
- participate in task estimation
- participate in product demos
- develop Acceptance Testing Documentation and participate in Acceptance Testing.
Requirements
- ability to clearly articulate thoughts orally and in writing (in Russian and English), good communication skills
- at least 4 years of experience as a systems analyst in an IT company or financial organization
- knowledge of IT system design principles and microservice architecture
- experience in designing solution architecture
- integration experience using different approaches: web-service (SOAP, REST), Kafka
- knowledge of SQL, principles of database interaction, description of ER models
- understanding of the application and transport layers of the TCP/IP model
- experience in organizing and conducting acceptance procedures
- knowledge of English at B2 level or higher
- willingness to travel.
Will be a plus:
- experience in designing and implementing features using multi-agent approaches
- knowledge/experience in developing banking products and other enterprise solutions
- understanding of enterprise architecture principles in a large company
- understanding of ML technologies
- higher technical education.
