Our Agile team consists of more than 300 IT specialists with potential for growth.
You have a unique opportunity to participate in building an Automated Banking System (ABS) for Sber's Indian branch.
The system consists of a set of modules - core, accounting, reporting, credit and non-credit products, internet banking, and a fraud prevention system.
You can directly participate in building any of them, influence the architecture, quality, processes, and how they should ultimately look.

Responsibilities
- develop specifications based on unified quality standards for performing system analysis
- prepare express estimates (effort/duration) in the part of system analysis
- analyze business requirements, generate ideas, develop technical solutions and integration interactions
- participate in developing product architecture and concepts (brainstorming sessions together with architects and team leaders)
- create specifications of functional and system requirements (including integration interfaces) in accordance with business requirements, incl. using UML diagrams and with subsequent maintenance of diagrams
- participate in agreeing specifications with the Customer and analysts from related systems
- participate in demonstrations of enhancements
- participate in preparation and conducting testing, incl. UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Requirements
- work experience in a position of system analyst/technologist in an IT company or financial organization (banking accounting systems, front-office solutions), incl. experience in writing technical specifications (describing Features) – at least 3 years
- knowledge of architecture fundamentals, features of building distributed systems, microservice architecture, specifics of using containerization
- experience in building interaction interfaces, service architecture
- understanding of how OpenAPI, Swagger, yml, SOAP, WSDL work
- knowledge of SQL fundamentals, principles of interaction with DB, describing ER-models
- experience in system development and design, ability to read code, knowledge of OOP fundamentals
- knowledge of main tools and methodologies for describing processes (BPMN, UML)
- higher technical education;
- knowledge of English language not lower than B2
- readiness for business trips.
Will be a plus:
- knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL), at the level of writing complex, nested queries / loops / procedures
- knowledge of related professional areas (UI/UX, Data Science, behavioral analytics, etc.)
- knowledge of testing fundamentals and defect management
- experience working in Agile (Scrum)
- XML/JSON, XSD/JSON Schema
- knowledge of message queue fundamentals.
