Description
Sber is continuing the implementation of a large-scale project to create a next-generation technological HR platform (PaaS/SaaS). We are building teams to create business services that will automate all HR full-cycle business processes. The project is being developed using the best practices of a component-reactive approach, we have absolutely no legacy and have complete freedom in choosing tools.
Responsibilities
- gather requirements together with the product owner
- conduct analysis of future functionality with the team to identify weak points and unfeasible use cases
- design integrations with data sources and related services and set requirements for modifications of other systems
- verify modifications for compliance with requirements, support testing and implementation
- analyze complex cases from production and investigate incidents
- maintain up-to-date project documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a systems analyst in IT development
- experience in describing user stories, interaction scenarios, acceptance criteria, requirements for prototypes and design (UI/UX)
- knowledge of the software development lifecycle model and main development management methodologies
- knowledge of UML/BPMN notation, modeling and visualization tools (visio, draw.io, plantUML)
- understanding of client-server architecture and mechanisms of backend-frontend interaction, principles of system integration interaction (REST/SOAP), microservice architecture and asynchronous interaction via message brokers (kafka, rabbitmq)
- experience in database design and writing complex queries
- testing skills (swagger, curl, postman) and analysis of logs and monitoring metrics
- experience in designing DWH, as a plus
- any experience in HR - a plus
