We are looking for a colleague for the largest project – the creation and development of ITSM systems in the Sber Ecosystem. We are creating new ways to provide, consume, and monitor services for ecosystem participants, gathering the best technologies and management practices from global experience to build an advanced ITSM system.
Responsibilities
Tasks that will need to be solved:
- identifying, gathering, and analyzing software requirements, interacting with the customer
- participation in developing architectural solutions
- designing and writing technical solutions, setting tasks for developers
- monitoring task implementation for compliance with initial requirements
- functional development of the system, interaction with other bank systems
- participation in migrating existing functionality to the new system.
Requirements
We want to see a person with the following experience and skills on the team:
- experience as a systems analyst for over 5 years, participation in major IT projects
- experience in analyzing and developing regulatory documentation for business processes, including using diagrams
- ability to identify the real needs of stakeholders. Don't just write down what the customer says. Need to understand their pain points and come up with a technical solution to eliminate that pain
- experience in developing and coordinating project and technical documentation with customer representatives, the team, representatives of related systems
- experience in designing and defending architectural solutions, understanding different types of software architecture (Microservices, Monolith, SOA)
- experience in designing and describing integration interactions (SOAP/REST API, Kafka, MQ) with justification for the choice of option for each specific case. Knowledge of standard patterns
- understanding of DBMS principles, ability to write SQL queries sufficient for one's own needs
- experience in successfully conducting acceptance tests. Participation in work to implement new functionality.
Pluses:
- understanding or experience in the field of ITSM
- ability to work with API testing tools (Insomnia)
- ability to decompose, prioritize parts of complex tasks and delegate tasks to less experienced analysts. Ability to control the work of "assistants."
