Description
We, the Salary Project Management Office of the Sales Network Unit, are engaged in managing Sber's salary projects and developing convenient and reliable tools for solving tasks related to salary business processes. Our users are distributed across the entire territory of the Russian Federation, daily caring that the Bank's client has the opportunity to receive their salary on time and in full, as well as ensuring that the number of salary recipients is constantly growing.
Responsibilities
- Be able to translate business needs into system analytics descriptions and convey to development how a feature should work.
- Ground business requirements from the Requisitioning Organization (RO) and adjacent teams into specific tasks: logic of ATMs, client scenarios.
- Prepare test plans.
- Test functionality (together with test engineers).
- Control requirement implementation at all stages of the AS (Automated System) lifecycle.
- Analyze options for implementing customer requirements and justify the best solution.
- Participate in the process of coordinating features with adjacent departments.
Requirements
- Experience in developing functional requirements, technical specifications, project documentation.
- Experience in task setting for developers, creating technical specifications for them or writing task descriptions.
- Knowledge of modeling notations (UML and BPMN).
- Experience working with xml, xsd-schemas, json, yaml.
- Experience with high-load systems.
- Experience in designing integration interfaces (API).
- Proficiency in SQL (experience in writing queries).
