SberInfra - Infrastructure Solutions Department
Infrastructure is a unified complex of software, hardware, communication, information, and organizational-technological tools that support the functioning of the Bank's information systems. It provides consumers with access to information resources, serves as the technological component of any service, and ensures its delivery in accordance with agreed rules and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Gathering, formalizing, and coordinating requirements for software development
- Writing task specifications for the development team
- Developing technical diagrams and flowcharts
- Describing interaction scenarios between users, devices, and the System
- Preparing and maintaining up-to-date technical documentation in the corporate knowledge base
- Participating in the development of test cases for acceptance of development results against assigned tasks
- Consulting developers, testers, users, and other stakeholders on system functionality
- Analyzing already implemented requirements for completeness of their implementation
Requirements
- Knowledge of software development principles and processes
- Experience in developing technical (project) documentation, experience in task assignment to developers and testers, experience in gathering and preparing system/software requirements, experience in writing use cases and user stories
- Knowledge of business process and system description notations (UML, BPMN, etc.)
- Understanding of database design principles, knowledge of SQL
- Experience in API design (gRPC, REST), experience working with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, experience describing data models of IT systems
- Knowledge of data formats (XML, YAML, JSON)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar task and document management systems
