Systems Analyst

We invite you to join a project aimed at implementing a comprehensive solution for the individualization of pricing for retail banking products.

Our goal is to create an autonomous calculation system for analyzing scenarios, finding the optimal scenario, and implementing it through a personalized offer to the client using autonomous AI agents. We want to build an advanced ecosystem in Russia with a fundamentally new customer experience.

Key areas: individualization of pricing proposals for retail loan products, debit and credit cards, deposits, current accounts, investment products, a line of subscriptions and packages; creation of an IT solution for managing limits and authority for the bank's sales divisions; creation of tools for calculating the economic efficiency of financial pilots.

Responsibilities

• gathering, analyzing, formalizing, and coordinating system requirements
• managing requirement changes
• solution design
• preparing documentation
• consulting team members and the client
• participating in the implementation and support of functionality.

Requirements

• higher education (mathematical, economic, technical)

• 3+ years of experience as a systems analyst

• confident knowledge of the theoretical foundations of system and business analysis

• understanding of the software development lifecycle

• experience in developing a logical database model, writing simple SQL queries, experience in describing algorithms

• experience in designing integrations, knowledge of tools and technologies: REST, Kafka, JSON, OpenAPI and experience working with wiki systems and bug trackers

• knowledge of key notations: DFD, UML, BPMN, etc.

  Will be a plus:

• experience in establishing analytical processes on a project

• experience working in an Agile team (Scrum), experience with Big Data, experience in designing architecture

• skill in reading program code

• familiarity with key banking processes

• skills in working with generative AI models; experience in creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage.
