We are engaged in the development of the Deposit Card in Sberbank Online — the space for post-sales servicing of deposits and accounts in the mobile application and on the web. This is one of the most visited sections of the application.

Our area of responsibility includes everything that happens with a deposit or account after it is opened — balance management and display, monitoring of profitability and the status of bonus fulfillment.

Our mission is to provide the client with the best service for managing their savings, as well as to clearly show the client what their benefits consist of and how to increase them.

We are looking for a systems analyst ready to dive into complex integrations and turn them into a convenient customer journey.

Responsibilities

• gathering, analyzing, formalizing, and coordinating requirements, decomposing the customer's business requirements into subtasks
• designing integration with adjacent services (including APIs)
• communicating with business, developers, and testers for effective task implementation
• preparing documentation and coordinating implementation options
• organizing and conducting acceptance tests
• controlling software implementation and analyzing errors (3rd line of support)
• recording requirements in Confluence, working with tasks in JIRA.

Requirements

• work experience as a systems analyst in the IT field from 1 year (preferably 2)
• experience in writing functional requirements / describing integrations / technical documentation for development
• good knowledge of software development principles (design, planning, development, testing, revisions)
• experience in estimating development effort based on requirements
• understanding synchronous and asynchronous interaction of microservices (general knowledge about http and any message broker)
• knowledge of BPMN, UML, REST API, JSON, XML, and SQL at the level of simple queries.
