Description
We are an ambitious team of specialists with a mission to develop and implement an AI agent for managing the Bank's technological risks. Our solution helps to quickly identify, assess, and minimize the impact of technological risks. In our team, you will be able to contribute to creating and developing a product from scratch and work with cutting-edge technologies. The team has open communication and fast decision-making without lengthy approvals.
Responsibilities
- describe and formalize the agent's system logic: decision rules, tool operation scenarios, incident registration conditions
- design and document integrations with the Bank's related IT systems: Apache Kafka, external APIs
- develop specifications for the agent's tools (tools): input/output JSON schemas, business rules, error handling
- maintain and update technical documentation: data flow diagrams, service and directory descriptions
- collaborate with related teams (IT infrastructure, risk management, ESM development, SberORM) to coordinate interfaces
- analyze business requirements and formalize them into tasks for developers
- participate in configuring system prompts and orchestrator logic together with a developer
- prepare materials for putting the system into production operation.
Requirements
- at least 3 years of experience in systems analysis for IT projects
- experience with AI/LLM systems: understanding of agent principles, RAG, tool use
- experience designing REST APIs and working with JSON schemas
- experience with Apache Kafka at the level of designing topics and message schemas
- basic Python or SQL skills for independent data verification
- confident command of process and integration description notations (BPMN, UML, sequence diagrams)
- ability to work with informal requirements, identify hidden dependencies and edge cases
- familiarity with banking IT incident management processes (ITIL, ServiceDesk, ESM).
