WE Corporate Solutions Center – A division of the corporate block of Sberbank, responsible for all types of remote servicing for legal entities. We unite several contact centers across the country, with a total staff exceeding 5,000 people. At the same time, we are a team of more than 300 IT specialists who create new technological solutions, using all modern engineering practices – Agile/DevOps/CI/CD/autotests and so on.

We are working on an interesting product: Content communications – a master-system for collecting, storing, and providing all types of communications of corporate clients to other Bank products. The system is a complex of interconnected microservices, solving the task of unifying channels for information exchange between AI agents and the main interfaces of the bank's call center. Thanks to this, a single hub is provided for effective inter-service interaction and productive user dialogue management.

Responsibilities

• collect, analyze, and document requirements from internal customers (other Sber teams) in Confluence
• set tasks for the development team in JIRA
• design and describe integrations: REST API, Kafka message queue
• design data models
• create business process diagrams (BPMN, UML diagrams, interaction diagrams, state diagrams)
• create microservice architecture diagrams
• Prepare SQL queries for data extraction from databases, consult and train end-users on using the developed functionality.

Requirements

• higher technical/economics education
• at least 3 years of experience as a systems analyst
• experience in integration projects using different integration patterns (REST, Kafka, etc.)
• experience with SOA and microservice architecture
• skills in creating clear and detailed technical documentation
• ability to model business processes using BPMN and UML notations
• experience in database design, ability to build SQL queries, facilitation skills for meetings and events.
