We are creating consumer lending services at Sberbank, allowing customers to quickly and conveniently obtain loans online. A client can apply for a loan, refinancing, or an educational loan directly through the mobile app or WEB, get approved in just two minutes, and instantly transfer funds to their bank card or account, without the need to visit a bank branch in person.
Our project is constantly evolving. We plan to improve the customer experience and develop our services by implementing dynamic pricing mechanics.
Working in our team will allow you to participate in all stages of developing high-load distributed systems, from design to deployment into production. You will be able to actively influence the creation of new products and the improvement of existing business processes, applying modern technologies and approaches.
The modern technology stack we use includes modern versions of Java and Spring, DevOps tools, and K8s (DropApp)
Numerous integrations with various systems via REST API, Synapse, Kafka.

Responsibilities
- collect and systematize requirements for the development of new business processes
- develop integration architectures for business processes and design APIs for inter-system interactions
- design user interaction scenarios and describe the customer journey
- work with the team at all stages of product production and establish common analytics processes within the team.
Requirements
- minimum work experience in the position of system analyst, architect, or developer in an IT company or financial sector for at least 2 years
- knowledge of business process description tools (BPMN, UML);
- experience in API design, work with ApiStudio
- understanding of REST principles and the http(s) protocol;
- Basic knowledge of XML, XSD, JSON
- experience in designing asynchronous services using KAFKA
- mandatory successful experience in preparing functional requirements, business analysis, technical specifications, and other project documentation.
- proficiency in tools for depicting business processes (e.g., BPMN, UML).
- deep awareness of the full software product development lifecycle.
- knowledge of general principles for building information system architecture.
