We are looking for an analyst to join one of the teams developing the internal automated "Debt Collection Management" system. The system helps employees effectively plan their work and manage settlement processes at Sberbank.

Responsibilities
Tasks:
- describe business processes and interrelationships between various system modules
- represent a business process as a diagram
- create technical specifications for development
- perform mapping of parameters from the UI to database entities/fields
- analyze and describe integration interactions
- collaborate with developers during the functionality implementation phase
- participate in developing test cases and conducting testing (functional, regression, integration)
- analyze errors from PROD
- develop and formulate tasks for data migration.
Requirements
We expect from you:
- higher technical education
- commercial experience as a systems analyst for at least 5 years
- knowledge of integration interaction methods and data exchange formats XML, JSON
- ability to design databases or individual database areas, understanding of logical and physical data models
- knowledge and ability to apply process modeling notations BPMN, EPC, UML, IDEF0
- proficiency in SQL and ability to write simple queries for work tasks
- experience in independently solving research tasks and experience in task decomposition and estimation
- proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio/Aris/Draw, Jira, Confluence will be a plus
- experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and analogues in products, skills in creating and using AI agents.
