Description

The Configuration Team is responsible for providing and calculating configurations for digital assistants (AI Agents) available to the bank's clients. The Configuration Application (ARM) is a web application for managing configurations for digital assistants (AI Agents). The project involves numerous integrations with the Bank's internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing customer requirements and developing requirement specifications
• Creating and maintaining up-to-date project documentation
• Participating in solution design together with architects and developers
• Participating in verification of the developed solution for compliance with requirements
• Supporting the implementation of changes
• Continuous interaction with the development team, support team, and customer representatives.

Requirements

• Ability to effectively gather and analyze requirements from various stakeholders
• Ability to resolve requirement conflicts, independently organize meetings and discussions with the customer
• Skill in documenting analysis results (describing use cases, data models, process diagrams)
• Knowledge of modeling notations and proficiency with tools (UML, BPMN, ER-diagrams)
• Understanding of architecture, methods, and approaches to integration
• Ability to estimate one's own effort for analysis tasks
• Willingness to help other team members and share knowledge.
