Description
We work using Scrum with active involvement of business analysts (Customer Journey Expert) and users from Territorial Banks. The team includes the following competencies: backend and front-end developers, a system analyst, and a tester.
Responsibilities
- Communication with internal customers and gathering requirements from subject matter experts
- Approving developed requirements with the customer
- Assigning tasks to developers
- Participation in software architecture modeling
- Elaboration of integration interactions
- Participation in acceptance testing, bringing the task to implementation
- Development of use cases
- Approval of test scenarios, consulting the tester during task verification stages
- Development/maintenance of system documentation.
Requirements
- Experience writing functional requirements/business requirements/technical specifications (documentation) for development (required) from 1 year
- Experience in a system analyst position in an IT company from 1 year
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Understanding of the principles of designing and developing relational databases
- Excellent knowledge of SQL (select, join, update, insert, case)
- Knowledge of XML and XSD
- Ability to work with large amounts of information
- Design, development of architecture and modification of solutions in the area of developed solutions
- Defending architectural decisions before the Architecture Design Committee (ДКА) and the IT Solutions Committee (КБ)
- Designing detailed integration with related services, including API
- Knowledge of business process description tools (UML, ARIS)
- Knowledge of methodology and experience working in Scrum/Kanban
- Experience with Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira).
