Systems Analyst (B2C)

Description

IT B2C is the largest ecosystem within Sber. We are a team of over 8,000 people across 18 cities in Russia. We are engaged in the development and advancement of retail solutions, making the Bank's services more accessible, secure, and convenient.

Our team, R&D LLM, is involved in developing services utilizing neural network models in CV and NLP. The products being developed are part of a suite of services that power a multi-agent system. The MAU (Monthly Active Users) of our services reaches tens of millions of users. We are looking for an active and engaged analyst with at least a basic understanding of how neural network models work and knowledge of their application areas.

Responsibilities

· Gathering and identifying functional and non-functional requirements for the system

· Analyzing requirements for completeness and contradictions

· Participating in the development of the system architecture together with the system architect

· Developing API integration interactions with external systems

· Analyzing the feasibility of requirements together with the development team

· Participating in the preparation of a test model and its validation together with testers

· Documenting requirements

· Aligning documented requirements with process stakeholders.

Requirements

· 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst

· Experience with AS (Automated Systems) implementation projects

· Knowledge of requirement types and their quality criteria

· Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, analyzing architectural sketches

· Experience in managing requirements, priorities, and skills in requirements decomposition

· Knowledge of UML (Sequence diagrams, class diagrams, deployment diagrams, component diagrams)

· High level of communication skills.
