We are a new team at the intersection of underwriting and corporate insurance sales, creating breakthrough solutions to attract new clients and unlock the insurance potential of businesses using data and AI technologies. Our goal is to help B2B clients grow by turning risks into opportunities through insurance. To achieve our goals, we will develop a client's digital profile and implement AI agents.
We are looking for a Fullstack Analyst (business + systems analysis) who can see the product holistically — from business goals to architectural solutions — and is ready to build with us the data-driven foundation of corporate insurance.
Responsibilities
- Interaction with key stakeholders;
- Formulating technological solutions based on business goals, considering all capabilities, constraints, and risks;
- Decomposition of large tasks;
- Formulating business requirements for related teams and obtaining their agreement;
- Designing integrations with related teams and communicating during development/testing;
- Formulating functional requirements for development, communicating with developers and testers;
- Implementing new functionality, training users, and gathering feedback after implementation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a systems/business analyst;
- Systemic thinking, flexibility, and responsibility for results;
- Experience interacting with stakeholders: the ability to listen, ask the right questions, manage expectations, and explain complex concepts simply;
- Skills in business process modeling using BPMN;
- Confident command of requirements structuring methods: User Story, Use Cases, UML;
- Experience designing data models using ER diagrams;
- Good knowledge of REST API, JSON, XML, and experience designing integrations based on them;
- Basic knowledge of SQL (select, join, group by);
- Experience with GenAI and interest in this field;
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Will be a plus:
- basic knowledge of Python;
- experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ);
- experience in an insurance company, understanding of key business entities in the insurance domain;
- experience working with geodata.
