Sber is implementing a large-scale project to develop a new ERP-class product for payroll calculation. It is a full-cycle project from requirements preparation to implementation and support. Responsibilities

• Participation in product planning, design, and development
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements, describing business processes "as is" and "to be"
• Developing customer journeys
• System implementation and configuration
• Creating, decomposing, and assigning tasks for developers
• Detailed design of integration with related services (including API)
• Developing and coordinating documentation within the production process (technical design, functionality description, architecture, working documentation)
• Analyzing the architecture of related services, designing integration solutions, participating in solution architecture formation
• Participating in testing and implementing new functionality. Implementing changes into operational units.

Requirements

• Business requirement development:

• Description of TO BE processes

• User Stories. Identifying and formulating business requirements in User Stories format

• BPMN notation. Business process modeling

• Creating UI/UX mockups

• Identifying and formulating functional requirements based on business requirements

• Use Cases. Identifying and formulating functional requirements in Use Cases format based on User Stories

• Determining integration points for the system and initial collection of documentation for analyzing integration interactions

• Identifying and documenting non-functional requirements for the system

• UML notation - for describing processes, states

• Knowledge of payroll calculation methodology (desirable)

• Experience participating in projects for configuring payroll calculation algorithms, payroll reporting, postings, payments

• Database design:

• Experience building conceptual, logical, and physical data models

• Knowledge of SQL

• Architecture, integration, and development:

• Understanding service and microservice architecture

• Understanding the principle of queue operation: rabbitMQ, Kafka

• Experience in microservices development, synchronous, asynchronous interactions

• Ability to read API documentation

• Knowledge of REST API approach, JSON message format

• Designing integration interactions

• Ability to analyze message formats and master the principles of any API protocol

• Proficiency with tools:

• swagger - API documentation and testing

• postman (or analogues) - API documentation and testing

• DBeaver (or analogues) - database management tool

• figma (or analogues) - screen form design

• camunda - BPM engine

• Experience as a user or as a system analyst in 1C ZUP (Personnel and Payroll) (desirable)

• Experience as a user or as a system analyst in SAP HCM (Personnel Management module) (desirable).

• Skills in working with generative AI models; experience in creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage

• Experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky and analogues in products, skills in creating and using AI agents

• Instrumental proficiency in AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
