The Reliability Experts team, which deals with technological risks and issues. Experts know how to determine the criticality level of an application system and reliability requirements. The Reliability Expert is familiar with the process of managing the technological standard. The Reliability Expert understands and shares the reliability culture. In their work, the Reliability Expert deals with the Technological Incident Management Process, the Technological Problem Management Process, the Technological Risk Management Process, the IT Service Reliability Assessment Process, and the Technological Standard Management Process. The Reliability Expert participates in ensuring an ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) approach, where any activity of IT departments is considered as a service (IT service) aimed at solving customer (business) tasks. The Reliability Expert helps the team analyze incidents, log problems, reassess risks, raise the criticality level of a system, change the technological standard, and prepare for the bank's commission for reviewing high-priority incidents, as well as helps to fulfill the reliability requirements for IT services.
