Responsibilities
- organizing the work of related departments to ensure timely remediation of software vulnerabilities across the Bank's landscape
- coordinating the interaction of related departments to accomplish process tasks
- resolving contentious issues within the scope of ensuring process execution in one's area of responsibility
- formulating business requirements for process automation tools and integration mechanisms that enable automation and integration of Participants' processes.
- organizing and managing cross-process and pilot projects for process development
- participating in the development of training materials, conducting training, and consulting process Participants
- organizing and conducting meetings, preparing minutes, monitoring deadlines and the status of task execution. Conducting regular working groups on risk remediation issues.
Requirements
- higher education (technical, physics & mathematics, IT, economics)
- relevant work experience of two years or more (IT analytics, process analyst, process methodology, coordinator, project administrator/manager)
- proficiency in Excel at an advanced user level (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, working with data arrays)
- developing dashboards in Qlik
- proficiency in the Python programming language, writing scripts
- skills in collecting, processing, analyzing large volumes of data, formulating and testing hypotheses, presenting analysis results
- experience in preparing process instructions and documentation (process description/regulation).
