Description
We are looking for a junior analyst to join the retail clients and sales network team in the "Cashless Solutions" direction. This role is perfect for final-year university students and entry-level specialists.
Responsibilities
- Analyze key business drivers, identify cause-and-effect relationships, and generate insights for product and process development.
- Develop and maintain driver-based business models, prepare forecasts and development scenarios.
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations for the director and team, creatively illustrating results.
- Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders, gather and structure requirements.
- Participate in business planning, evaluate initiative effectiveness, and calculate economic indicators.
- Independently manage analytical projects from task definition to implementation of recommendations.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, modeling).
- Experience preparing presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote) and ability to visually present complex information.
- Understanding of business economics fundamentals, business planning principles, and working with driver-based models.
- Systemic thinking, ability to quickly understand relationships between various factors.
- Skills in conducting interviews and gathering requirements.
- Higher education in economics, mathematics, or engineering.
- Proactivity, independence, high sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.
