Description
The Data and Recommender Systems Department (B2C) team is looking for a Junior-level analyst to join the Goal Setting team.
Responsibilities
- participating in the process of forming and monitoring goals for tribe and product leaders, monitoring compliance with deadlines for the goal setting process
- organizing monitoring of the execution of the department's strategic goals and objectives and the goals of managers, identifying deviations
- maintaining Agile hygiene (EA, Black Dashboard, AS Pulse)
- interacting with technical support
- supporting department teams and collaborating with colleagues from related departments
- participating in the preparation of analytical materials within the goal setting processes.
Requirements
- higher education
- over 1 year of experience in goal setting
- proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence
- attention to detail, responsibility, diligence, organization
- ability to work in a multitasking mode: prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, meet deadlines and be results-oriented
- willingness to use AI tools at work.
