We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Automated Systems (AS) development team for real estate. Our projects address tasks in automating current real estate management processes using the Platform V technology stack and cover the entire lifecycle of real estate assets. Prospective focus areas for this vacancy include functionalities:
- Maintaining a real estate registry
- Managing portfolio and office space
- Calculating real estate deal efficiency
- Working with real estate contracts.

Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Develop business architecture and design key services for real estate portfolio management, considering functional interconnections
- Prepare and gather business requirements, analyze them, and align with customers and stakeholders
- Develop detailed business requirements for the functional capabilities of automated real estate management systems
- Analyze the impact of changes on business processes and their interconnections
- Transform business and user requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
- Develop visual prototypes for clear technical specifications
- Document prepared business requirements.
Requirements
What is important to us:
- Experience as a Business Analyst/Analyst for 1+ year
- Experience writing business requirements for AS
- Experience describing process diagrams (BPMN 2.0, IDEF0 notation, etc.)
- Experience with Atlassian products: Confluence, Jira.
An additional advantage will be:
- Experience calculating project NPV
- Knowledge of the subject area: real estate management processes, legislation, etc.
- Proficiency with artifacts: Impact map, User story map, CJM.
