Looking for a Business Analyst with experience in AI projects.
Our team is responsible for developing the AI hub for the "Risk" unit. The unit's tasks include identifying, assessing, and controlling all types of risk for the Sber group of companies. By the end of next year, several dozen agents will be placed in the AI Risk Hub, united by a large multi-agent network. This will increase customer satisfaction in existing service channels and create a new, unique customer experience.
The team was formed in 2025 and includes various competencies: analysts, developers, testers, OPS specialists. Processes are actively developing, much is being built from scratch. You can participate in their formation and help make them truly mature.
Responsibilities
- creating and supporting Risk Agent Governance - the process of managing the agent lifecycle within the unit
- managing projects to implement key AI initiatives of the unit, incl. piloting new technologies
- consulting users of the AI Risk Hub on issues related to the development and implementation of AI agents
- implementing necessary QualityGates for agent processes
- building communication with customers within the unit, gathering needs
- change management - interacting with centralized Sber teams (GigaPlatform, IDP, Reliability, etc.), placing tasks in their backlog and advocating for the position of the "Risk" unit

Requirements
- experience in the AI domain - required
- work experience as a business analyst/ project manager for at least three years, incl. experience implementing new processes
- proficiency in business process design and analysis methods (BPMN, ARIS, IDEF, etc.)
- project management and change management skills, product-oriented approach
- ability to build communication and find consensus with a large number of stakeholders
