We are the Platform V Works team, part of Sber's cloud digital platform. We develop and sell products aimed at enhancing national sovereignty in the field of software development. Our goal is to provide development teams in Russia with the ability to create modern, high-quality, and secure products, despite the departure of a number of foreign vendors.

We are actively developing our own line of products, including those based on OpenSource tools. We close all vulnerabilities, expand functionality to the level of Enterprise solutions, and ensure timely, reliable, and high-quality support.

Currently, we are working on developing a reliable and scalable product that allows teams to conveniently and quickly build, test, and deploy new releases.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Collection, clarification, and documentation of requirements for the company's products and services
• Preparation and updating of technical and user documentation
• Description of business requirements, functional requirements, user scenarios, instructions, and manuals
• Preparation of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Participation in describing business processes
• Keeping documentation up-to-date
• Interaction with developers, analysts, testers, product managers
• Preparation of materials for the knowledge base and internal documentation
• Participation in developing the documentation structure and formatting standards.

Requirements

We expect:

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum
• Understanding of requirements gathering and analysis principles
• Basic understanding of technical terms: API, interfaces, system architecture
• Documentation skills
• Ability to structure information
• Skill in writing clear instructions and descriptions
• Proficient written Russian language
• Skill in transforming complex technical information into understandable text
• Experience with: Confluence / Google Docs / Markdown
• Jira / Trello or other task management systems

Will be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of BPMN / UML
• Experience with Git
• Understanding of API documentation principles (Swagger / OpenAPI)
• Basic knowledge of HTML or Markdown
• Experience creating diagrams and schematics (Miro, Draw.io)
• English language at the level of reading technical documentation.
