Description
We are the team of the Automated Workplace (ARM) Management Systems service. Under our management are three automated platforms providing centralized management for over 300,000 user devices based on Linux, MacOS, Android, and Windows. We possess expertise in developing and maintaining Enterprise-level management systems and apply this experience every day.
Responsibilities
- gathering and analyzing requirements from internal and external customers, including interviews, analysis of requests, and user feedback
- analyzing business and technical processes: identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement points; modeling processes in BPMN notations / tabular formats.
- developing and coordinating requirements for product enhancements
- describing usage scenarios and user flows
- participation in grooming, planning sessions, prioritization, and decomposition of team tasks
- interaction with related teams: synchronizing plans and deadlines, managing expectations, coordinating changes
- coordination of incoming external requests and tasks
- preparing analytical and presentation materials for communication with product users, related teams, and management
- analyzing and systematizing incidents, identifying reasons for involving the development team
- supporting and developing product documentation, including functional descriptions, integration diagrams, and regulations
- participation in elaborating integration interactions, preparing introductory information for architects
- developing product and process metrics: collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data
- participation in acceptance testing (AT), writing and updating test programs and procedures (TPP).
Requirements
- higher education
- ability to structure information, work with uncertainty, independently formulate tasks
- experience in describing processes (AS IS / TO BE, BPMN/UML, user story, use cases)
- experience interacting with technical teams, especially on issues of integrations, incidents, and operational analytics
- confidence with knowledge base systems and task management systems (jira, confluence, draw.io, etc.)
