Description
We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join the team of our corporate communication platform, which integrates a messenger, email, meetings, and calls. We aim to refine the interface more deeply so that users remain satisfied, and the development team gains another reliable assistant and like-minded colleague.
Responsibilities
- systems and business analysis of a feature/integration
- managing a task from the moment it is received until release, i.e., supporting it at all stages of development, assisting in obtaining access, creating integration requests with related teams, task assignment for design
- creating sequence, BPMN, and UML diagrams
- collaborating with the team to develop a systematic approach to developing a specific feature
- collaborating with the team when additional questions arise during feature analysis
- detailing and describing feature requirements in Confluence
- validating and defending requirements from architecture and security perspectives
- creating tasks/stories/CR, etc. in Jira to assign tasks for development both within the product and for integration with related teams
- updating and describing customer journeys
- advising testing on verifying a specific feature
- updating product operational documentation
- participating in acceptance testing.
Requirements
- experience as a Systems Analyst for at least 2 years
- experience with the following products: Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian Jira, ARIS, BPMN, Draw.io, PlantUML
- theoretical and practical understanding of what JSON, REST, UML, gRPC are
- demonstration of leadership qualities in delivering a feature
- analytical mindset
