We are a center for the development of the Indian direction.
Our goal is to bring the best practices of Russian banking to the Indian market and beyond. We are developing a banking system from scratch with a team of over 200 IT specialists in Russia and about 200 in India to cover all the needs of the branch, using all modern engineering practices - Agile/DevOps/CI/CD/Automated Testing, etc.
Our product is a CBS (Core Banking System)
The CBS is designed to handle all branch operations, including:
- maintaining product and accounting records according to the standards of the country where the Bank's Branch is located, including in terms of the chart of accounts, creating entries and business operations, managing the operational day, generating the balance sheet
- maintaining accounting records according to RAS (Russian Accounting Standards)
- maintaining tax accounting according to the standards of the country where the Bank's Branch is located, including TDS and GST
- servicing transactional products (international and domestic transfers), as well as treasury operations.
Responsibilities
- perform the full cycle of business analysis for automating current account and product processes, both in accordance with the requirements of the foreign regulator and PJSC Sberbank
- collect, analyze, and systematize business requirements, generate ideas, propose solutions taking into account accepted technical constraints and integration interactions
- create a new user experience, describe user stories and form BRD and FSD, as well as integration requirements, draft regulatory documents
- create and update business process models/schemas in the BPMN standard
- discuss and agree on artifacts with Customers and analysts from related systems
- review technical specifications for compliance with business requirements
- participate in the preparation and execution of testing, including UAT
- participate in team solution demonstrations
- perform functions of analyzing incidents in systems (3rd line of support).
Requirements
- higher education (finance/economics/mathematics/information technology)
- practical experience with corporate client current accounts and/or in a business analyst position in an IT company or financial organization (current accounts, operations), including experience in writing business requirements - at least 2 years
- excellent knowledge of the principles and methodology of managing current accounts and operations
- knowledge of the principles of constructing mandatory, operational, and analytical financial reporting
- ability to express thoughts competently orally and in writing, good communication skills
- basic proficiency in SQL, understanding of principles of interaction with databases, describing ER-models
- fluent command of main tools and methodologies for describing processes (BPMN, UML)
- skills in using JIRA, Confluence
- knowledge of English at B2 level or higher
- knowledge of bank accounting in terms of transactional operations
- experience in designing and implementing management reporting in banking organizations
- experience in developing methodology for current accounts and products
- knowledge of the basics of CBS architecture, features of building distributed systems, microservice architecture, features of using containerization (as an advantage)
- willingness to travel on business trips.
