We are engaged in the calculation and analysis of liquidity risk metrics and the fulfillment of regulatory requirements.
What is unique about this role? You will see the bank's entire balance sheet, understand all internal processes and how they affect the organization's stability. Your reports and findings are provided to the bank's top management, so the cost of error is high, but the professional weight of the tasks is equally significant.
Responsibilities
- preparation of daily and periodic liquidity risk reporting
- analysis of the causes of their changes. It is necessary to be able to draw parallels between changes in the bank's balance sheet and movements in metrics
- monitoring trends and timely signaling of potential risks
- collecting data from analytical systems and processing it
- performing operational analytical requests from the bank's management.
Requirements
- knowledge of SQL (writing queries for data extraction)
- basic proficiency in Python will be an advantage (there are ready-made scripts, we are willing to train if you have a foundation and desire)
- ability and, most importantly, desire to dig into data "to the max," getting to the bottom of the numbers and the reasons for deviations
- advanced Excel, knowledge of complex formulas, experience working with large data sets
- proficiency in PowerPoint
