The Internal Audit Department invites a Data Analyst to join its planning and development team. More about the tasks:

Solving infrastructure tasks, participating in process automation projects
Developing BI reporting, creating data retrieval queries from sources, forming data marts. Detailed investigation of the capabilities and limitations of the BI platform, both in terms of reporting development, and in terms of configuration and setup, and tools for creating data marts
Developing methodological materials for working on the BI platform and creating data marts, informing employees about best practices and approaches in creating queries to data warehouses and developing reporting on the BI platform
Developing internal services in Python (enhancing, optimizing, and supporting existing solutions; developing new solutions).

Higher education
Confident SQL scripting skills (experience with JOIN, UNION, GROUP BY/HAVING, subqueries, CTEs, aggregate and window functions), understanding of RDBMS principles and experience in creating database object structures.
Experience with BI tools (knowledge and experience with the Qlik Sense platform)
Confident Python scripting skills (application of OOP principles, high-quality and readable code in accordance with PEP standards, experience with libraries: pandas, polars, duckdb, pyspark, numpy, matplotlib, plotly, libraries for working with files, archives, file servers (smbclient, os, etc.) and databases (psycopg2, sqllite3, etc.))
Systems thinking, analytical mindset, broad technical outlook
Communication skills (interaction with customers, users), presentation skills
From 1 to 3 years of development experience, experience working with production data.
Ability to think creatively in solving non-standard tasks, responsibility for results, ability to independently complete assigned tasks on time
Desire to develop in the field of DE/DA, to become an expert in the field.

Knowledge of ML algorithms and having projects using them
Experience with infrastructure monitoring systems
Knowledge of Linux commands, experience writing bash scripts (Linux).
Knowledge of Atlassian products
Web development experience (html, css, javascript)
Experience with ETL tools (Airflow) and skills in forming data marts
Having projects/tasks in the field of big data in the GreenPlum/Hadoop/Spark stack (understanding of architectural features, mastery of methodology aspects, development of optimized scripts).
