Sber receives numerous customer inquiries daily, and our task is to provide them with the most comfortable service. To achieve this, we need to monitor operations and control the quality of service provision.
Analysts examine data, identify deviations in the work of contact center specialists to further optimize processes, and model dependencies between data, proposing new methods for assessing and controlling indicators. We work on the GreenPlum(PostgreSQL) and Python platform, using Big Data analysis libraries such as numpy, pandas, and others.
• data analysis (identifying errors in the work of Sberbank contact center specialists);
• ad hoc analytics based on requests;
• development of algorithms for automated error detection.
• good knowledge of GreenPlum(PostgreSQL) capabilities: window functions, nested queries, query optimization, temporary tables;
• knowledge of Python and main data analysis libraries (numpy, pandas). Before the interview, review the functions: merge, cumsum, transform, unstack, groupby, np.where, str.join, str.split, slicing;
• experience with Git and Github, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira;
• development experience, or a portfolio of personal projects (send links)
• ability to use AI to simplify daily tasks.
