Responsibilities
- Managing distributed IT teams
- Developing and controlling the implementation of automation strategy and improving the digital maturity level of the production process
- Forming and prioritizing a unified backlog with business and IT
- Improving the efficiency of development, testing, implementation, and support processes
- Ensuring system reliability and stability
- Optimizing processes for effective incident and technical problem resolution
- Building interaction with cross-functional teams, identifying and mitigating project and cross-project risks
Requirements
- Experience managing teams of 50+ in a full cycle
- Experience in developing neural network models, prescoring technologies
- Experience in developing and maintaining neural network services in a distributed structure on 5+ million devices
- Confident use of CPU, GPU, TPU, and NPU processing technologies
- Understanding principles of building a microservices architecture
- Experience interacting with federal regulators regarding certification and compliance with federal laws (e.g., Federal Law No. 572-FZ)
- Knowledge of principles of software release production process (CI/CD)
- Knowledge and practical experience implementing modern methods for developing and supporting digital products
- Proficiency in modern project management tools and methodologies
