Description
We are the "Machine Learning Model Implementation Service Run" team - we manage the end-to-end process of productizing AI agents, machine learning models, and features in B2C.
The team's task is to provide DS teams with proven Data/ML tools, a fast and reliable production process at all
stages of the lifecycle, from designing AI agents and training models to deploying them in production environments.
Responsibilities
- managing the productization process of AI agents, models, and features (rules, policies, metrics)
- calculating metrics and controlling deviations at each stage of the model and feature lifecycle (t2m, lt, csi)
- 5/2 expert support, consultations, and assistance with incident analysis (sla)
- gathering and working out requirements for refining current ML platform components
- participation in piloting and rolling out new functionality and/or products across the entire B2C
- developing and maintaining a unified methodology for calculating and describing features/targets
- maintaining a knowledge base (catalogue of features/targets/models), controlling documentation quality
- presenting the capabilities of the unified service to internal customers.
Requirements
- experience managing a DS/MLE team for 3+ years
- understanding of the full model lifecycle
- participation in developing feature collection, model training, and inference pipelines
- knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem components (Hive, Apache Spark)
- skills in working with requirements and documentation
- practical experience in the area of Feature & Model Governance
- experience working with Agile methodology (Jira, Confluence).
