Description
We are the DS team of the Finance Division. Our team is engaged in developing and advancing an innovative asset and liability management tool at the intersection of finance and Data Science. The project has been launched and tested on real business cases, but ahead lies an active expansion of its scope of application, development of the IT infrastructure, and the ML landscape. We are looking for a Senior specialist who will lead a small team and take on a leadership role in the process of developing and scaling the tool.
Responsibilities
- Manage the backlog and the current workload of the team
- Participate in planning improvements, propose development paths for the tool
- Develop the team, control code quality, and advance the team's skills in ML models
- Analyze data, the systems that generate it, and business processes, help the client formulate technical requirements in a language understandable to DS
- Participate in communications with the client, IT infrastructure developers, and teams of related projects
Requirements
- Experience in developing Classic ML models
- Skills in backlog and documentation management
- Understanding of the full ML project lifecycle: from hypothesis to production and monitoring
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in consulting (Big4, boutique consulting)
- Knowledge of corporate finance and/or banking fundamentals
