The Retail Risk Modeling Center (Risk Division) is seeking a Head of Data Research Department
You will work in a large and well-organized team of professionals and develop models for Sber's products, allowing the use of the Bank's expertise and unique data when interacting with individuals and legal entities.

Responsibilities
- analysis of business processes, formation and prioritization of the model backlog
- development of new and improvement of existing models (classical ML, neural networks, AI agents), selection of appropriate architectures and model solutions
- data research, feature engineering
- analysis and preparation of data for training
- preparation of materials for implementation, participation in the implementation and testing of models
- preparation of materials for model validation
- monitoring of models in production, analysis of deviations
- analysis of model effectiveness: conducting pilots, collecting results, conducting assessments.
Requirements
- higher education in physics/mathematics (MIPT, MSU, NSU, MEPhI and other universities)
- knowledge of mathematical statistics and machine learning methods
- model development experience of 2+ years
- understanding of insurance and banking products and processes
- advanced level of Python, SQL, Spark
- experience in solving practical tasks using ML.
