Description

We collect all necessary data, build advanced models, create tools to measure the effect of these models, and transform them into commercial rates for consumers. Responsibilities
- Provide general coordination and mentoring within the team of modelers;
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify key metrics and patterns;
- Develop and improve scoring, risk, and conversion models (ML/GBDT/GLM: CatBoost/LightGBM/XGBoost/GLM);
- Configure quality assessment: metrics, cross-validation, stability;
- Prepare model interpretation tools: SHAP, feature importance, permutation importance, PDP/ICE;
- Liaise with validators;
- Implement best practices in modeling to improve the accuracy and reliability of forecasts.
Requirements
- Higher education in mathematics, economics, or natural sciences;
- At least 3 years of experience in building ML/GLM models, their validation, and bringing them to production;
- Ability to work effectively in a team;
- Systematic thinking, flexibility, and responsibility for results;
- Good applied understanding of mathematics/statistics;
- Experience with Python and libraries: pytorch, pandas, numpy, SQLAlchemy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn;
- Experience in insurance will be an advantage;
- Striving for self-development and professional growth.
