Description
Our team is developing the Cybersecurity Platform – a key technological component of Sber's SOC. The Cybersecurity Platform is a set of technological and core application services and various storage systems, united into a single network (Data Mesh). We work daily on creating Highload services, solve non-trivial tasks at the intersection of BigData, Data flow analytics, and AI/ML technologies, create universal platform solutions, and manage them.
Responsibilities
- Form and defend a technical roadmap for 6–12 months
- Make architectural decisions on integrations, data flows, fault tolerance, scaling
- Manage technical debt
- Establish a clear development process: planning, DoR/DoD, code review, testing, release cycle
- Ensure observability: metrics, alerts, dashboards, RCA for incidents
- Reduce the number of incidents
- Coordinate integrations with the anti-fraud platform, mobile and web teams, analysts, and related platforms
- Negotiate contracts (API/events), data schemas, versions, backward compatibility
- Organize joint releases and change risk management
- Task assignment, workload distribution, people development (grades, goals, feedback)
- Outsourcing management, process control, result acceptance
- Conflict prevention and resolution, maintaining a healthy work environment
- Weekly status updates: progress, risks, blockers, quality (metrics)
- Presentations on roadmap, architecture, results (what was done/what was achieved/what's next).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead/Tech Lead/IT Lead (backend/fullstack/mobile) and managing delivery to PRODUCTION
- Experience in building/developing services: API, queues/events, integrations, fault tolerance
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices for digital channels: data protection, threat detection, incident management
- Strong communication skills: negotiating with stakeholders, defending solutions, presentations
- Experience managing contractors/outsourcing: task setting, quality control, acceptance
- Experience establishing development processes and dealing with team conflicts.
