Sberbank is looking for an ambitious technical leader to create and develop a new critical direction — protecting the AI platform infrastructure.
Objects of protection:
• Sber's AI platform as a complex of AIS MEF (including LLM) and AEF and their services
• IT infrastructure ensuring the operation of AIS and AI platform services
• information assets of the AI platform.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- identifying threats and assessing cybersecurity risks for the AI platform, taking into account the threat model for AI platforms
- forming cybersecurity requirements for the AI platform and its infrastructure
- continuous analysis of the market for technologies and developments in the field of AI security and AI infrastructure security
- assessing the security level of the AI platform, conducting security audits, updating metrics in the assessment methodology
- managing cybersecurity risks (analysis, assessment, accounting, control of handling)
- cross-functional interaction with Bank divisions (C-level management, Business owners, Architecture, IT development, IT support)
- organizing the development of internal regulatory documents regulating security requirements.
Requirements
What is important for us:
- higher technical education in the field of information security/IT from a technical university
- knowledge and understanding of:
- DevOps, DevSecOps processes, MLSecOps practices
- AI/ML/DS principles, used metrics for evaluating model performance quality, requirements for training and test data sets
- principles or experience in Industrial operation of ML models. Focus areas: LLM and CV, AI agents
- the cyber threat landscape for AI/ML
- the regulatory framework for AI/ML
- methodologies, technologies for creating and operating automated systems
- frameworks/best practices for managing IT and cybersecurity projects
- frameworks/best practices for managing cybersecurity risks
- architecture and operational features of Kubernetes, OpenShift, OpenStack, VMware,
- methods and tools for ensuring cybersecurity in Cloud infrastructures
- architecture and operational features of GPU platforms for AI/ML
- the vulnerability management process
- the OSI model, information security tools
- experience in preparing reporting materials, presentations for C-level executives
- skills in working with generative AI models, including developing analytical reports; experience in creating AI agents and using them in work.
