Ensuring efficient and secure handling of information with restricted distribution (IRD) during the implementation of AI-transformation projects for special clients.
Responsibilities
- Building a control system:
- Establishing the process of internal control and risk mitigation when working with IRD
- Document flow and data work:
- Organizing secure storage, accounting, and access to documents and data of the "Commercial Secret", "For Official Use Only", and "Secret" categories
- Classifying and categorizing data (from open data to classified information) when collecting information from open sources, compiling data of varying levels of "sensitivity", etc.
- Auditing and optimizing information handling processes:
- Conducting audits of existing and planned IRD handling processes within AI-transformation projects
- Identifying potential risks and proposing corrective measures
- Communication channels:
- Determining target communication channels with different types of clients depending on the classification level of the transmitted information
Requirements
- Higher education
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of confidential information protection
- Experience interacting with law enforcement agencies
- High level of responsibility, attentiveness, systematic thinking
- Ability to work beyond standard procedures, showing initiative in decision-making
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in developing information protection methodology
- Knowledge of FSTEC and other regulator requirements regarding the use of large language models (Order 117, Security Assessment Methodology dated 11.25.25, etc.)
- Understanding the principles of hybrid and isolated cloud infrastructures
- Understanding the specifics of the data lifecycle in AI (collection, labeling, model training, inference)
