Description
Our team is developing a Cybersecurity Platform - one of the key technological components of Sber's SOC. The Cybersecurity Platform is a set of technological and basic application services and various storage systems, integrated into a single network (Data Mesh). We work daily on creating Highload services, solve non-trivial tasks at the intersection of BigData, Data flow analytics, and AI/ML technologies, create universal platform solutions, and manage them.
Responsibilities
- improving the efficiency of the production process, adhering to and developing the Bank's IT process standards
- organizing the entire lifecycle of IT products from the design stage to decommissioning
- developing the IT strategy of the unit to meet customer needs and align with trends
- line management of the IT unit and team/IT leaders development
- managing the level of technical debt of the unit
- managing the unit's infrastructure (development, testing, PROD environment)
- managing the IT budget of the unit (CAPEX, OPEX, FinOps)
- developing and monitoring the goal map for IT employees of the unit
- organizing architecture development processes, curating architectural solutions
- ensuring compliance with the requirements of regulators and the Bank's controlling units
- ensuring product reliability and managing incidents
- interacting and building relationships with related units
Requirements
- higher IT education
- experience in managing a unit of 50+ people
- successful experience in launching self-developed IT solutions into production, knowledge of CI/CD production process principles
- experience in creating and approving IT solution architecture, understanding the principles of building integration and application IT solutions
- experience in establishing processes for IT support teams (knowledge of ITSM, incident management, understanding of a service-oriented approach)
- ability to work with risks: identification, assessment, and management of risks (technological, operational, cyber risks, etc.)
- deep understanding of agile management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, LeSS) and successful practice of their implementation
- developed leadership qualities, high communication skills.
Will be a plus:
- experience with cybersecurity products and solutions
- experience with high-load solutions
- practical experience in applying AI/ML (understanding of key algorithms, tools, and capabilities for automation and data analysis)
- experience with analytical systems: BI, ETL
- understanding of the principles of building microservice architecture, mechanisms for ensuring reliability and improving the performance of IT solutions.
