Description
The 'Industry Solutions' strategic project has been developing at Sber for 4 years and is aimed at offering entrepreneurs services and tools that will help manage their business. Within the framework of the project, entrepreneurs have access to various functionality in the web version and the SberBusiness mobile application. Over the past year, smart functionality has appeared for such users, powered by the industry solutions AI agent, namely: analytical recommendations, e2e - solutions for selecting location, equipment, creating an online store and entering tenders. We are looking for a leader for a full team of developers who are developing this AI agent.
Responsibilities
- form the product backlog, decompose tasks and estimate labor costs
- be able to plan sprints and adequately work with priorities, taking resources into account
- describe business requirements, including user stories and use cases with edge states
- coordinate business requirements for the product with the PO and stakeholders.
- accompany the task at all stages (system analysis, development and testing), assign tasks to the team, discuss deadlines and monitor execution, accept the result
- manage expectations and work with stakeholder feedback in the format of a transparent Roadmap
- conduct product functionality demonstrations, collect and analyze user feedback
- synchronize on interdependencies and development timelines with related teams
- develop and analyze product metrics
- prepare presentation, methodological, training and reporting materials on the product.
Requirements
- higher education
- work experience in a Bank or IT from 3 years
- work experience as CJE/Project Manager/Stream Lead from 3 years
- experience launching AI - agents
- understanding of the principles of managing a product backlog with cross-dependencies and a large number of stakeholders
- experience managing a development team at all stages: Discovery, Development, Delivery
- experience in development or operation of IT products from 3 years, ability to work with various risks.
