Description
We are looking for a Product Owner for the Tariff module team, whose task is to develop our own tariff module within the ABS for all banking products of the Indian branch (loans, deposits, investment products, transactions, etc.) with experience in implementing services in a Bank.
Responsibilities
- Act as a leader in a team of 11 people, where BAs, SAs, BEs are from Russia, and the other members are from India (Bangalore); communication within the team is primarily in English.
- Form the product vision.
- Define and prioritize tasks in the backlog, design customer journeys and processes.
- Formulate team metrics and goals, methods for measuring and achieving them in the format of a roadmap.
- Understand the product architecture and make changes together with architects and analysts.
- Find optimal solutions for data processing and storage.
- Interact with internal and external partners, establish necessary agreements for product launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc analytical materials for top management in presentation format.
Requirements
- Practical experience of at least 5 years in creating IT products from scratch and developing them in the role of Product Owner in a bank.
- Knowledge of the basics of architecture, structure, and functioning of modern banking information systems and applications related to data processing.
- Experience in managing all stages of the product lifecycle and understanding of the product and software development process, and key metrics affecting success.
- Experience in organizing team work and establishing communication with IT to accomplish set tasks.
- Experience with project management systems: Trello, Miro, Jira, Confluence, designing complex cross-product scenarios and services.
- Confident proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of main tools and methodologies for process description (BPMN, UML).
- Ability to articulate thoughts clearly in oral and written form, good communication skills.
- English proficiency not lower than C1.
- Willingness to travel.
