The Transactional Banking team of Sber is looking for a B2C Digital Currency Product Owner.
Responsibilities
- formulate product development strategy
- manage backlog, customer journeys and processes
- interact with partners and establish necessary agreements for product launch
- formulate team metrics and goals and ways to measure them
- interact with cross-functional Agile teams
- formulate hypotheses for optimizing business processes and customer journeys
- prepare regular and ad-hoc analytical materials for top management in presentation format
Requirements
- have practical experience creating from scratch and developing fintech or web3 products in an owner role for 3+ years
- understand blockchain and digital currencies
- can manage all stages of the product lifecycle and know the product development process, software, and key metrics affecting success
- have experience with project management systems: Trello, Miro, Jira, Confluence;
- have good soft skills and can build effective communication with different people
- ready for business trips
