We are currently looking for a Product Manager who has worked with a live product (even a small one), knows how to figure out complex things without instructions, and wants to influence the business, not just move tasks in Jira.
Main tasks:
- Consistent delivery according to agreed deadlines;
- Formulate technical requirements and business requirements;
- Maintain a backlog and provide timely progress reports;
- Test features independently;
- Write documentation yourself and involve colleagues to ensure it is clear and reproducible;
- Monitor key product metrics, such as usability and fault tolerance.
We expect:
- Fundamental knowledge of managing a project in an area of uncertainty;
- Delivery of at least one project to a tangible result;
- Facilitating work meetings;
- Ability to use AI to understand project specifics (including technical ones) and stress-test solutions proposed by the technical team.
Will be a plus:
- Any experience in the product area (QA, analytics, project management, support, development);
- Experience in teams without instructions, but with a product;
- Interest in fintech, blockchain.
